It was set up by two Catering professionals with over 30 years combined experience that live close to Ironbridge Gorge near Telford, Shropshire We aim to provide you with locally sourced foods, on time, at a price suitable for most budget The BBQ is an authentic American Smoker that allows us to tailor our food offering not only to suit the client, but the venue. Our meats can be sourced directly from local free range farms and we can cook a range of foods from the traditional “Hog Roast” but also Sticky BBQ ribs, Smoked Chicken & Turkeys, and even quarters of Ox. Single day or long weekend Festivals, Rallies and shows, makes this ideally suited as an alternative to more traditional fare. Our buffets will be delivered in refrigerated vehicles making sure you have exactly what you have ordered. We're here to help you impress your company's clients, or friends and family if you're entertaining at home. We will only use the best food available and never compromise on quality
